  • We focus on spinal and joint health. When joints lose their proper movement, they can place stress on the nervous system. We use precision adjustments to gently restore movement, which aims to take pressure off the nervous system and help restore the body’s natural balance and flow.

  • ‘Remarkably’ according to a New Zealand study.

The New Zealand Government published an objective study of chiropractic. Many issues were studied, including cost effectiveness, chiropractic education and training, safety issues, and patient satisfaction.

Among other things, the resulting 377 page document concluded that chiropractic would have a positive influence on the health of a country.

The commission investigated two safety issues that had been commonly raised by chiropractic critics. The first being the safety of chiropractic spinal adjustments, and the second, the notion that seeking chiropractic care delays medical treatment. After extensive inquiry, the researchers found both safety concerns to be unfounded. Because of the lack of evidence to the contrary, the commissioners determined chiropractic care to be remarkably safe.

  • It completely depends on you, your goals, and your problem. How long has the pain or concern been around for? How severe is it? How healthy do you want to become?

No two people are the same, therefore, no two treatment plans are the same. Based on our chiropractor's findings from your history and the examination process, we will cater a treatment plan specifically tailored to you.

  • Not at all. You are free to see a chiropractor on your own accord. However, if your GP decides that chiropractic care is the best option for you, your GP can provide you with up to 5 EPC (enhanced primary care) visits which are covered by Medicare.

  • On your first visit, you will meet with your Stiriling Chiropractors to discuss your current health concerns. They will ask additional questions about your health and history to get a clear picture of your entire health profile.

From there, they will complete a comprehensive, neurological, postural, orthopedic, and chiropractic examination on you, to help correctly diagnose your problem. At this point, it is possible you may be referred for x-rays (bulk billed through medicare).

Dr Dominic or Dr Raheel will then explain your condition, how chiropractic can help, and discuss treatment options with you.

If it is determined you are a good candidate for chiropractic care, you will be adjusted on your first visit.

  • We draw on a variety of precision techniques, including Manual Adjustments, SOT, Activator Methods, and Thompson Drop, ensuring a completely tailored approach to your individual needs and comfort level. You can read more about each technique we use in the practice here.

  • Please allow 30 minutes for your initial consultation. If you are unfamiilar with the area, please allow ample time to find parking or walk to the practice. Your subsequent visits will typically be shorter, around 10 minutes, and focused on your specific treatment plan.

  • We are located at 83 Mount Barker Rd, Stirling SA 5152.

Parking is avaiable directly in front and to the side of the practice on both Mount Barker Rd, and Garrod Cres. You may also find parking infront of Mitre 10 as a reference point.

  • There are many conditions we may be able to help you with. These include; back pain and sciatica, neck pain, headaches, sports-specific injuries, hip pain, shoulder pain, ankle/foot pain, jaw pain, dizziness and vertigo, and stress related pains. If you have a question about a condition or symptom you are currently dealing with please contact the team prior to booking your appointment.

  • We do not perform X-rays inside of the Clinic. We only refer for imaging (to external providers) when clinically necessary to rule out specific conditions or confirm diagnoses, which happens in about 10% of our patient cases.
